Create HerFuture Initiative is seeking a technically strong and forward-thinking CTO / Head of Tech to lead our digital infrastructure and technology strategy.
The CTO will be responsible for building and managing our digital systems, leading the tech team, and driving the technology vision that supports our mission at scale.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
5+ years of technical leadership experience
Proven experience building digital systems and managing tech teams
Strong knowledge of product and systems architecture.
